What is Adobo Sauce?
Adobo sauce is a cooking sauce you can use with any meat, fish, shellfish or vegetables. A jar is good for 500g-750g of meat. Use less for fish, shellfish or vegetables.
How do I cook with Adobo Sauce?
Depending on your choice of main ingredient, cook it covered until tender then continue cooking uncovered until of sauce consistency. If cooking meat, add water if meat is not yet tender and the sauce is drying.
Is Adobo Sauce spicy hot?
No, it is not spicy hot. It is more sour, salty and sweet.
How spicy hot are the chilli products?
Our chilli products are sensibly hot. The oils are medium hot while the pastes are extra hot due to the addition of scotch bonnets but not too much that it will burn your mouth.
This is chilli with finesse. Any of our chilli products will enhance the flavour of your dish and the spiciness comes in the background and tickles your taste buds.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements (for example dry ice) extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will provide you with the tracking code of your order when the parcel has been sent. This is usually sent via email.
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt.

We usually offer Free Shipping for orders above £25. Once you are in the checkout page, you will see the Promo Code, which you will have to copy into the Promo box indicated to avail of the discount.

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. The order summary will also be stored to your account.
You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.

Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, after you have made a payment but we have NOT processed and shipped the parcel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we can cancel the order for you. We will also process a reimbursement less any banking fees.
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order after we have processed and shipped your order, then you will have to return the parcel to us, subject to our Returns Policy.
