Quick and easy beef recipe

How to cook

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the oyster sauce and butter. Marinade overnight.

  • In a very hot pan (no oil needed), add the beef mixture and until beef is cooked about 15 - 25 minutes.

  • Add the oyster sauce and mix.

  • Add in the butter until dissolved.

  • Remove from heat.

Transfer to a serving dish and serve with rice and atchara (pickled vegetables).

500g beef sirloin or frying steak, thinly cut

Half a bulb of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon oyster sauce

25g butter
