Ingredients
50ml olive oil
500g beef sirloin or frying steak, thinly cut
Half a bulb of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
25g butter
How to
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the oyster sauce and butter. Marinade overnight or at least 1 hour.
In a very hot pan (no oil needed), add the beef mixture
Fry beef until cooked about 15 - 25 minutes. Mix/stir constantly.
Add the oyster sauce and mix.
Add in the butter until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve with rice and atchara (pickled vegetables).
