1 can pineapple slices
8 pcs chicken thighs
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, thinly sliced
1 tsp dried herbs
1-2 tsp Garlic Chilli Oil
150ml Banana Ketchup
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 180C
Salt and pepper chicken thighs and place in an ovenproof dish
In a bowl, mix all other ingredients except for the pineapple slices.
Pour over the chicken and top with the pineapple slices.
Bake in the oven for about 45-55 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Optional: Place chicken and pineapple slices on a serving plate. Pour the sauce in a small pot and reduce.
