Ingredients

1 big can of fruit cocktail (you may opt to use fresh fruits)

1 can of pineapple chunks

5 ripe bananas, sliced

2 apples, cut in cubes

1 solo papaya, cut in cubes

1/2  jar of green kaong

100g red seedless grapes

100g green seedless grapes

1 can condensed milk

300ml double cream

200g mild cheddar cheese cut in cubes

How to

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl.

  2. Taste for your desired level of sweetness. Add more condensed milk to sweeten or double cream to lessen the sweetness.

  3. Fold the mixture and transfer in a container with a lid.

  4. Store in the refrigerator or freezer, depending on whether you want it frozen or not.

  5. Serve in individual bowls.
