500g chicken wings
2 tbsp RoniB's Kitchen Tamarind Jam
Salt and pepper to taste
How to
Separate the drummet and winglet
Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper
Airfry the chicken wings at 200C for about 20 minutes. Alternatively, grill over charcoal or gas barbecue until done. Or, lightly fry until crispy.
Place cooked chicken wings in a bowl.
Add the tamarind jam and toss until all the chicken wings are coated.
Serve immediately
This 2-ingredient recipe is quick, easy and delicious. Great as a starter or for bringing to a picnic or day at the beach or when having a barbecue party in your garden.
