Baby Back Ribs

  • 1 slab baby back ribs
  • 1 bottle RoniB's Kitchen BBQ Marinade


  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180C.

  2. Place the slab of baby back ribs in a baking pan.

  3. Pour over RoniB's Kitchen Filipino BBQ Marinade.

  4. Marinade overnight, for best results, or at least 2 hours.

  5. Cover the baking pan loosely with aluminium foil.

  6. When the oven is ready, roast for at least 1 hour.

  7. After 1 hour, take the baking pan out and collect the juices in a sauce pan and reduce this on the hob over medium heat.

  8. Place the meat under the grill to brown.

  9. Coat the meat with the reduced sauce and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion

Serve immediately with rice or a leafy salad or french fries. Can also be enjoyed on its own!

Leftover Suggestion

Really doubt there will be any leftovers but if you do, take the meat off the bones and use it in a stir fry or as sandwich filling.


Thicken the sauce with 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 1 tbsp of water and coat any meat or fish of your liking.
