Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
No shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Orders received during weekends (including Fridays) and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Should we experience a high volume of orders, please expect some delays. Information will be made available during the checkout process.
The shipment method is through Hermes, DPD, Royal Mail, or APC Overnight.
The estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days
Shipment cost is by weight. The more products are in the order, the heavier the package, the costs changes accordingly.
Shipment cost per order is calculated automatically by the system taking into consideration your choice of courier.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We will provide a tracking number whenever possible for your order, which will be emailed to you.
Customs, duties, and taxes
RoniB’s Kitchen Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RoniB’s Kitchen Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
