Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

No shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Orders received during weekends (including Fridays) and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Should we experience a high volume of orders, please expect some delays. Information will be made available during the checkout process. 

The shipment method is through Royal Mail.

Shipment cost is by weight. The more products are in the order, the heavier the package, and the costs change accordingly.

Shipment cost per order is calculated automatically by the system taking into consideration your choice of courier.

*We ship within the United Kingdom only. 

**We use third-party courier services and delivery may sometimes be delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

FREE DELIVERY OVER £40 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Free delivery is to UK mainland addresses only excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Man, and Isle Of Wight. 

If you are located in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Man, and Isle Of Wight, the shipping option is Royal Mail Tracked. 

Delivery options

We have two delivery options:

  • Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-5 working days for delivery from receipt of order) and is calculated by the total weight of your order, which will be calculated once you confirm your online order.
  • Express delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 24 (2-4 working days for delivery from receipt of order) and is calculated by the total weigh of your order, which is calculated once you confirm your order.

Orders received from Monday to Thursday and before 12noon are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped the following day. Orders received after 12noon will be processed the following day with shipping scheduled for the next business day.

Orders received from Friday to Sunday will be processed from Monday of the following week, with shipping scheduled for Tuesday.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will provide a tracking number whenever possible for your order, which will be emailed to you.

Customs, duties, and taxes

RoniB’s Kitchen Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RoniB’s Kitchen Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy

We currently to a select number of countries using Royal Mail and this is limited to 2 Kilos. This applies to D2C orders. We ship wholesale orders through the following platforms; Ankorstore, Faire, and Creoate, wherever the retailer is located through the platform's designated couriers.
