It is a garlicky sausage made with 85% minced pork with only 15% fat and Ilocano blend of herbs and spices.

There are no extenders like rusk or breadcrumbs.

No artificial preservatives.

    This Longganisa just brought me back to my Lola’s (grandma) kitchen in Ilocos. And that’s been such a loooooong time. So it’s just a treat to have this cooking in our kitchen today. Just the right mix of spices! And that orange oil…..oh my goodness! Perfect with steamed rice and sides of tomatoes. Naimas!
