In December 2016, together with four other ladies, we were invited to participate in Kristie Allsopp's Handmade Christmas Show on Channel 4. The cook-off is about finding the Best Alternative Christmas Dish, where my Chicken Relleno with adobo sauce, roasted potatoes and chargrilled little gem lettuce with parmesan cheese was crowned the winner.
