On Saturday July 22 and Sunday July 23 2017, Eat! Food Fest at Reigate was organized by Surrey Life Food & Drink Awards judge Philippa Ratcliffe,  opened its gates to the public  During the 2-day festival, Roni demonstrated Philippine the classic Chicken Adobo in the Stoves demo kitchen. She joins other chefs like Daniel Britten, Hari Ohotra, Philip Friend, Bake with Jack, Selina Periampillai and Joshua Reeves.
